Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Copper coloured. Malty and fruity aroma with raisins, caramel and nuts. The taste is fruity with hops, spicy malt and dried fruit detected. The rose hips are not so easy to detect, but I’m not too familiar with this ingredient. Not bad at all.

Cask at the Red Lion, Isleworth, Bank Holiday Festival, 27th August 2010. Mid amber. Strong noseand flavour of rosehip as promised. Definitely different! Pretty drying finish but overall not to my taste really.

Bubbly white head, copper coloured body with a slight haze. Floral hops to the nose. The flavour contains both fresh and dried fruits. Peaches, lemon and apricot in fine interplay. Dry bitter tail. Fresh and moreish. Cask, half, at Fat Cat during our great Valley of Beer crawl in Sheffeild, 1 Oct 10

Cask på Fat Cat, Sheffield 1 Okt 10. Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum. Søt fruktig aroma. Samme med smaken. Også litt fruktighet i ettersmaken. 0 bitterhet.

Cask Conditioned handpump Slug & Lettuce Leicester. A chill hazed gold coloured beer with a white head and lacing. Pretty boring and watery for me. Small amount of fruity sweetness if you search for it which might be the rosehip but it’s dull.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 02/09/10. Bright, copper coloured with a foamy, off-white head. Fruity aroma of hedgerow fruit with some caramel and grassy hops. Flavour was similar, with a decent bitter finish. Good.
