Jun 11, 2008 Cask at the 3B’s, Reading. Chestnut with a ring of off-white head; malty aroma; smooth, slightly sweet and malty with a touch of licorice; warming malty finish. Very pleasant.

Jun 3, 2008 Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Dark chestnut with thin beige head. Pretty good mild. Very clear chestnut. Good mild malt aroma. Some almost candyish malt. Not much hop. Some toffee, hard toffee, comes through. Tasty, very mild mild.

Jun 20, 2007 Cask, The Crown, Nuneaton. Transparent ruby stillness with off-white bathfoam. Red wine and vinegar snout. Thin and politely biscuity plum squash with a faintly vinous acidity. Soporific.

May 9, 2007 Gravity Cask @ Fratton May fair Beer Festival. Dark with lasting head. Full fruity flavours and chocolate malt. Hints of acidity and mild bitterness. Quite good.
