COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
This remains our most popular session bitter. Four varieties of hops (Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Pioneer, and Styrian Goldings) provide a full range of floral and citrus aromas, and a moreish bitterness that drinks superbly down the glass.

Cask @ The Bricklayers Arms, Putney. The pour’s gold with a small head. The nose is general pale malt. A hint of lemon and orchard fruits. Fairly faint. The taste is similarly benign. Pale malt and mild grain. A bit of dough. Light shag tobacco on the finish. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, decent if forgettable.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green, 12/01/13. Clear pale golden with a thin white head that retains well. Nose is light citrus, some pine, pale malt, grain, barley. Taste follows - light hoppage, pale malt, grass. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Ok - nothing to shout about!

(Cask at Priory Arms, Stockwell, London, 21 April 2012) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of biscuits, citrus and grass. Malty, fruity taste with biscuity malt, grass, citrus and slightly dusty hops in a finish with a gentle bitterness. Rather light body, with balanced sweetness. Not really exciting, but decent and quite drinkable.
