Cask (Kuikka, Helsinki)
Straw coloured, healthy tight head. Lovely sweet malty and fruity hoppy aroma. Some phenols or elastoplast or wet sheep. Easily characterised golden ale taste, but not lacking in flavour. Refreshing palate. Sweet lightly hoppy finish. Easy to drink and tasty, but not exceptional.

Cask at the Hobgoblin, Reading. Straw with a thin white head; lacking aroma; thin body with sweet grain flavours and a peppery bitterness before a honey sweet finish.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense Wicksteed Park BF. A pale gold coloured beer with a whitish loose head. The aroma, but you do need a big sniff, reveals sharp citrus and just a hint of spice. The taste is the same. Citricity and a hint of grass. If anything too clean but I drank it.

A Mes rate: cask at the Market Porter.
Clean bright gold with a head so white even Daz would be proud. Sweaty hop aroma with a faint lick of vanilla. Fairly decent fruity malt base to the flavour with a good lick of bright hoppage and a late tingly bitterness. One dimensional but drinkable enough.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Pumpclip has four armadillos on it. Rather hairy malt aroma. Taste is a bit rough and earthy with malt and fruit. Mid bitter finish. Pretty good.
