UPDATED: JAN 23, 2012 Served in one of those cool mini-snifters. Black, with almost no head. Maybe a thin ring of foam. Chocolatey, rich, earthy aroma. Velvety palate. Flavor is a little bit boozy, but not so much that its a problem. Lots of chocolate, maybe a touch of bourbon, some vanilla, and a woody, earthy finish.

Draft, sampler: pours a very dark Mahogany color with a tiny, tiny head. It has a slightly sweet, roasty aroma with vanilla. The flavor is a swirl of toasty vanilla with a bit too much alcohol heat and some fruit.
