Commercial Description:
This light-bodied Kolsch displays a smooth malt note and a hint of fruit flavor in the finish. The Kolsch style has little hop flavor or aroma, letting the sweet malt taste prevail.

This beer starts off wheaty/ soft malty. It was virtually without aroma. Has notes of pear and apple, but finishes with a kiss from the hops. Interesting, but not my favorite.

Golden, Nice foamy head. Aroma of grain blend. Intresting flavor of grains, wheat with a citris backing. Clean finish.

on tap-pours a dissipating white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is husky grain-some sweetness. Taste is husky grain-some sweetness, some continental hops. OK carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Clear and the color of pale lemonade. Surprisingly strong aroma of nuts and occasional wet-dog earthy tones. Flavor is nutty with a bitter hop finish. Palate is light, very dry, and refreshing.
