Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown color with red highlights. Head was off white. Aroma and flavor were of light milk chocolate and mild roasty malt. Pretty good.

Draft. Deep brown with fizzy rootbeer head and sticky lace. Aroma of coffee, tartness, and acrid roast products. Flavor is sharp and fruity, though a very pleasant herbal, minty note remains on the palate. Mouthfeel is on the grippy side; I crave more body in this beer.

Darker brown with a creamy nitro head. Aroma was some nutella, some roasted malts and a touch of floral hops. Thinner but with a nice flavour of roasted malt. Bittering finish.

On tap at the brewpub in Napa. Dark ruby red pour with a thick mocha colored head, good thick lacing. Very good brewpub porter. Bittersweet chocoloate, coffee, chicory and a little bit of earthiness - all found in both the aroma and flavor. Thick mouthfeel. Very decent.
