Aroma of farm fresh non-alcoholic apple cider. Flavor is of sweet fresh apple cider. Only a hint of maltiness, could not detect alcohol. Very refreshing.

On tap at the ODBF 2004 Hazy dark gold, zero head. Spiced cooked apples in the nose. Flavor is almost lambic like. Tart, dry, yet not that sweet. Medium bodied, fizzy cabonation, very dry finish. A nice summer drinking treat.

On tap at the ODBF 2004... Looks like hazy apple cider. No head. Smells like apple cider with a little spice thrown in. Tastes like apple cider. Very tart and dry, not sweet. Decently balanced. Medium-bodied with a dry mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Lengthy, sweet-tart, dry finish.

Deep, cloudy gold, looking quite a bit like cider (which should not probably surprise anyone). Smells like sour apples. Taste is primarily of Granny Smith, with perhaps a touch of Macintosh as an undercurrent. Gala and Fuji begin to assert themselves, though they’re nicely balanced by a faint tint of Golden Delicious, with a nice, final tinge of Jonathans. I’d keep this up, but I’m running out of apple names off the top of my head. Anyways, it tastes like sour apples. Not bad at all, probably the best cider I’ve had (which actually isn’t saying all that much).

RDF Strong Ale Fest: A thick lightest brown. Basically looked and smelled like cider. A good sour apple flavor in the high alcohol beer.

Murky unfiltered apple cider body. Aroma is mostly sour apples with some sweetness. The flavor is tart sour apple, granny smith. Medium dry body. Better than other ciders I have had.
