COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: as of 2013, Galaxy hops are used too, with the Cascade.

I bought this bottle at Manor, Lausanne, during a summer action for the microbreweries. In my opinion, it is one of the best from this brewery. The body is yellow and troubled, regular carbonation, thin and white foam, we smell directly the hop, nice bitterness, malty, there is a side sparkling, refreshing and there is a note of grapefruit.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2015 330ml bottle served in its own chalice style glass. A: Pours a very pale and cloudy yellow color forming a huge and cloudy white head. S: Very grainy, flowery and mainly fruity. String herby and citric notes. T: The best part. Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of pale malts, cascade hops and unready yeasts. Some notes of lemon zest. In overall, a dry and grainy taste with a good hops bitterness in the end. M: Light body. Strong carbonation. Flowery and citrus hoppy aftertaste. O: Good drinkability. Great Swiss made American Pale Ale. [ BA Review @ 4/12/2013 ]

Very fashion.
