Bottle. Pours with a minimal white head; very hazy yellow/marigold. Some coriander, flowers, oranges, apples and banana in the aroma. Flavor mirrors the aroma very closely with some sweetness, but almost a fruity sourness as well. Body is thinner, but OK. Not bad.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy golden beer with a decent white head. The nose is of tarragon, coriander and lemon peel accompanied by some sourness. Lactic. Quite a lot of lemon peel in the taste. Sour. Nice bitterness. Nutmeg, cloves and tarragon showing up. A nice bite to this beer. Not much lacework. Medium bodied. Almost a bit like a Kindl Weisse. I really like the lemon peel-characteristic to this beer which is rather present in the finish. Wow! The finish is great, not doubt about this. My overall impression is quite good. Thanks a lot bov for this one!

Bottled, alc. 5.0 % (BB 12/2007)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Sourish aroma. Slightly sour flavor too. Berry-banana-like light perfumic flavor. Kind of wheat beer. Propably also a bit infected as has some sourness in it ... seems to be very common in Swiss micros.
