33cl, bb 3/2013, lot 001 -- Hefetrübes Bräunlichgelb mit mittlerem feinem Schaum. Elegante Hopfennase. Im Antrunk frisch, fruchtig, Hefetöne. Erfrischend. Mittlerer Körper, trinkt sich weich. Im Nachtrunk leicht anhängende Bittere.

Cloudy amber color, medium sized creamy head. Some aroma of malt, hops and yeast. smooth mouthfeel, some malt flavor, but also too much yeast presence, and therefore a light touch of vegetables and light final astringency; relatively string bitterness.
I heard that they wanted to work on their Cascade, but it doesn’t seem so, maybe too green too.
