Parallel with the classic Tempête, bb 2012-04
Cloudy blond color, lighter than the Tempête; generous head. The aroma is delicate, with some yeast, paper and hay; and not necessarily traces of the promised hop. Correct body strength, light malt flavor, quite evident yeast character, with a spicy side; there is also a light sourness that may become infection later, but at the moment helps the drinkability.
Pleasant, but with some homebrewing flaws.

from Mise en Bière, Lausanne - gushing ... cloudy pale orange beer with a creamy persistent bright white foam; nice lace; estery and slightly dusty; a solid citric hoppiness and some spicy tones; full-bodied and pretty sweet; a solid citric tartness; the finish is sticky though quite dry and with long citric fruity hoppiness - nice beer

Bottle from Au Grains d’Orge. Pours a hazy pale orange with a thick fluffy white head. A nice lightly tart and bone dry blonde. Pleasant, slightly floral aroma. Dry peppery flavor with a bitter finish. Good tasty beer.
