It is a nice stout. I drank this beer in a bar in Lausanne. The colour is a typical black colour and we drink this beer easily. There is the taste of coffee and malt, bitter and for a stout the hop is strong. We could feel something a bit sparkling maybe due to the hop. It is overall a good beer.

Bonne carbonatation . Bonne stout avec une importante aromatique.

Pours clear deep brown with a tan head that subsides fairly rapidly. Roast coffee, notes of caramel, clean and slightly sweet, no hops. Mouthfeel a little light and fizzy, tastes very slightly acidic and sweet, bitter finish, with lasting roast coffee taste. Overall fairly tame but enjoyable, though possibly a little over carbed.
