4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
I was interested when a friend of mine told me about this brewery. All I have to say is......WOW!
This beer pours golden and slightly cloudy with huge aromatics of banana, briar and stone fruit. Very slight bubble gum. The taste is yeast product dominant with orange citrus tones and a dry finish.
The warming alcohol is very well balanced with the bittering, but there isnít any hops evident in the flavor profile. Itís mostly dominated by the aromas of the yeast and very complex as it ripens with temperature.
I am a huge Belgian fan and this beer definetly meets, if not exceeds, the quality beers coming from Belgium...I think itís better than Delirium Tremens and Duvel. True, I couldnít drink it all night, but itís a darn nice way to start the evening.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very cloudy lemon, no head. due to the yeast, I just get a lot of baby diaper in the aroma. The taste, more sulphur, baby diaper, sweet orange peel and a underlying herbal spice that really lingers on for a while. this was interesting but needs just a bit more body
