bottle. Golden-amber colour, large and creamy head, persistent. Malty and yeasty character, slightly fruity with hints of banana.

It’s unclear warm golden with a creamy, huge head. The aroma has notes of banana, yeast and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of banana, yeast and wheat with a sweetish and slightly spicy finish. Straightforward & easy to drink, but not challenging in the yeast department...

(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with an off-white and short frothy head. Slightly sour-fruity aroma with notes of citrus and a present wheat-character, accompanied by clovy notes. Sour and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Straight sour-fruity and wheaty taste with a whiff of cloves towards the sour-fruity finish. Rather one-dimensional Weizen, might be refreshing in the summer time. 01.XII.10

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, quite stable smaller off-white head; swetish-grainy nose with a sourish-zesty touch; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, medium bodied; pronounced sourish-wheaty finish. Good, but a bit like a sour ale......
