MrManning (1411), London, Ontario, Canada Apr 13, 2008 Poured a copper/amber with a generous white frothed cap. In the nose, I get a lot of fruit, a bit of caramel, and wheat/yeast notes. Sweet, caramel malts with toffee, plum, and a strange yeast component. Finish is sweet with an almost diluted barley wine like presence. Strange. CapFlu (3242), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada May 27, 2006 (Draught) Sampled at the Gloucester Fair in Ottawa on May 27, 2006. Pours a frothy white head with a orange-amber body. Nose is lactic and awashed with malt. Flavour is milky, mildly malted... yet has that destinct Belgian yeast strain thats also in their Belgian Cream Ale. Not nearly the beer of the Belgian Cream Ale.
