COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Dry Still Perry, available in 750ml botles.
Our perries are named after areas of ancient woodland found in our Parish boundaries.
Very pale straw colour, with pear skin aromas, & a hint of lemon. Palate has zingy grapefruit, complex, earthy palate leading to a long soft finish.
Will accompany creamy, cheesy dishes - fantastic with risotto!

Bottle that I picked up from either Oakchurch or The Hop Pocket, Herefordshire, trying to remember which place think it was the latter. 28.11.10 consumed 03.12.10 Pours clear like a glass of weak lime cordial. There is a touch of citric sharpness on the nose which strangely isn’t that present in the mouth, actually rewind I am getting the citrus now, it is peary with a little lemon juice. Lovely as it is, it has come up against a stormer tonight called Pips Cider. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
