blød gul med hvidt luftig kort skum næsten ingen CO2, æbler lidt sur, svag hønsestald, træ, let, tør, god.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.

ABV: 8.0%. Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, light to moderate barnyard. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sour red apples, barnyard, wood, wet wood. Body is medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcohlic. [20110315]

Bottle from Oakchurch Farm Shop, Brecon Road Staunton On Wye Herefordshire 28.11.10 consumed later that night Pours rusty warm gold with good clarity, but little if any carbonation. Strange aroma little bit like egg mayonnaise but with wet wood, interesting but a little weird. Nice in the mouth, medium dry, bit woody some fruity smokiness, unusual and a grower.
