COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Sweet ice perry, available in 375ml bottles.
A unique product, not made commercially anywhere else in the world!
Using the same principles of production as the Blenheim Superb, we used Conference and Comice pears to give a rich juice. The resulting pear wine has a sweet, rich palate with hints of apricot, quince and melon, perfect as an aperitif, or with blue cheese, christmas pudding or even chocolate.

A Mes rate. Bottle as part of our wedding present from two of the most amazing folks I know, Fin and Loz.
Slight honey, lovely and musty, as Tom pointed out, it brings forth images of kicking through fallen autumn leaves in a dusk lit forest as a kid. The lingering residual sweetness gives you a difficult decision. It’s so good you want to enjoy it just a little more. But all the time you know you want another sip. Sweet and boozy, just the right amount of tartness, thick and juicy and dangerously drinkable for 12%. Effing glorious stuff. Thanks so much Fin and Loz.

Bottle 375ml. @ UK-SCO Tasting in Ulfborg.

[ Courtesy of Fin ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate pear, dry pear, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, pear, sulfur, almond, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. I did grove on me but it is not as complex - intence as the Bleiheim Superb .. but still very very nice .. >;O) [20110409]

Bottle at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Nice aroma though it is more subtle and blunted than the Ice Cider that we are also trying this alongside. The alcohol is also a touch more noticeable here and warming. There is an interesting combination between the two pear varities, on the one hand this is full flavoured and juicy, but there is also a light powderyness in the mouth which I often get from pears. There are hints of other fruits here, soft dried fruits, little tangy and lovely stuff but not as good as the Ice Cider. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0
