Bottle. Pours dark brown/black with creamy off-white head. Aromas of malts and caramel. Taste is bitter/sweet with a high alcohol kick. Not a very pleasurable stout compared to others.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Very sweet black beer. Moderate carbonation. A little cream in the dry finish. Very drinkable sweet dark beer.

Bottle. Poured black with a creamy tan head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Sweet aroma of malts and a brown sugar backing. The flavor found toffee, sweet chocolate, and brown sugar. Medium body and sweet throughout.

It is pretty good, I tend to be a lil easy on most beers most likely if its not my favorite but i appreciate its characteristics. Its dark, has a good flavor, roasted malty, saturating, not awesome, no disrespect but needs refinement and a lil aging and I see a beer with alot of potential. Maybe come out with a barrel aged option with a hint of vanilla or spice and I would love it- give it a try if u can, pretty cool beer. Nothing amazing though

284 mL bottle from a corner shop. Pleasant smell with a hint of vanilla. Head is not very smooth and collapses quickly. Sweet first taste, the alcohol only seemed to come out after a couple of sips. This is fairly pleasant, but not exactly a craft beer! Doesn’t quite hide the alcohol well enough.

Pours dark brown black with small tanned head leaving lacing. Suprisingly weak, but still sweet-lean roasted malty aroma. Fullbodied nice mouthfeel, lean. Flavor is really nice, fruity, alcohol, caramel, roasted malts, hops and slightly acidy. Fruity and lean palate. Finishes first sweet turning into tart hoppy aftertatse.

300 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a virtually black dark brown with small but lasting tan head. Aroma is rather surprisingly mild - light roastiness and a little dark fruity sweetness. Flavour has modest roastiness and a more pronounced dark fruit sweetness as well as a little alcohol in the finish. Pretty plain and underwhelming.

Bottle shared by Jay at Beer Run. Thanks! Pours a clear dark brown color with a medium tan head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet dark malty notes, sweet coffee and a faint roastiness. The taste is very sweet and almost sugary, with notes of coffee and faint roasty notes. Very faint hops and nearly no bitterness at all. Sweet, almost to the point of being cloying. Medium bodied.
