@Gyllenbock: helt obefintlig doft och smak. Den är helt totalt meningslös och på gränsen till vidrig.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours very dark brown/black with a thin brown head that gradually disappears. Aroma of chocolate and coffee malt and alcohol. Pretty alcoholic tastings, coffee and chocolate flavour. Mild bitterness. Really sweet and the carbonation seems overwhelming. I saw an empty bottle of this on the pavement whilst walking to the hospital, perhaps that should’ve given me an idea of what to expect. I woke up this morning with a terrible taste in my mouth left over from this beer.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
It may just be that most of my stout ratings start with the phrase "I love stout, stouty, stouty stout." except for the fact that I’ve just seen corny syrup, caramel malt and hop syrup?
Don’t they have proper ingredients in Jamaica? Maybe not. Let’s see what sort of horrific beast they’ve conjured. It looks as black as sin and has aromas of sweet caramel, molasses and dark chocolate. The flavour is sweet all over and I’ll almost certainly need a shot of insulin before I finish this uncommon, odd, wierdly brewed Frankenstein of a beer.
Mercifully, I only have to drink this once.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from a London cornershop. Pours black with a small tanned head. Aroma of sweet toffee. Taste is sweet, light sticky palate, roasted coffee with too much sugar, lingering cloyingly sweet.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
poured from a bottle on new year’s eve at matt’s house. Thanks man! Pours a clear ruby red with an aroma of maple syrup. The tastes follows suit as sweet and syrupy. Very rich with a smooth mouthfeel. unexpectedly good for a Jamaican beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JAN 18, 2014 Bottled r8 : A good Jamican stout , its what the drug dealers and beer snobs drink around here in the hood if they wanna easy access non Guinness export stout
a beige head that is frail and never sits long , but if you’re cool you’d drink this right out the bottle with a fat spiliff. The aroma is raisin. oil. licorice. molasses . caramel .
So rich , so cumbersome on my palate . There is very little roasted malt character on offer , which I reckon would add some good balancing flavour to ying-yang !!! this . God damn this is sticky ! . I like this regardless , I should drink it more often as a ’got to’ . Its nice to r8 this after few years and still appreciate this grimy beer . I have gotta soft spot for ’Tropical’ stouts anyhow ;
