One of Jamaica’s finest. Nice dark brown/black colour to it. Rather than your normal stout, it’s a cross between a stout and a strong ale. Not an every day indulgence, but much a special treat.

This beer is the closest thing to what I always wanted a stout to taste like. Which was really unexpected from Jamaica. Deep brown, tiny head. Aroma of toffee and chocolate cookies, taste of caramelised milk and chocolate, you have to concentrate really hard to find the liquorice (I’m not quite convinced it was there!) low bitterness slight sweetness, good body, felt like it had melted butter on the palate. Easy to drink at your own pace, very enjoyable. I want another just writing about it!

Pure Black with a brown head. Alcoholic flavour, malty sweet but not unpleasant, nice notes of dark sweet chocolate. Aftertaste is dry with notes of roasted malt. A perfect foreign stout, full and sweet. Try it!

I definitely remember this beer from Jamaica, but I must of forgot to rate it. A quite nice stout, a fair amount of chocolate to it. Really, between this and the Jamaican Guinesss, you’re much better off than with Red Stripe. Just drink stouts in the hot sun!

Sweet & malty. Black with a lovely brown head. Lowish carbonation with a viscous cloying sticky mouthfeel... that was delightful! Subtle anise notes and roasty character. Sweet sticky finish in the Caribbean Stout style. Recommended!

Dark opaque blackness. pinky high head doesn’t really fade. GREAT STICKING! Sweet sweet jesus this is gonna be a sweet stout! You can taste the sweetness. Nice fruity sweetness not just sugary. It’s got some molasses and some cane sugar. Not to thick and not thin. just right for a stout! Better than many stout but still not running woth the tops dogs. O MY GOD at 7.5% I guess 6 would be great but I was pretty happy after 4. I would pick this one up again. There are other ptions but this one is flavorful and it’s not your run of the mill garbage (AKA GUINESS)
