Chocolate and coffee in the aroma. Flavor is sweet and bready with chocolate and coffee and a boozy aftertaste. Not bad, but not great.

0.284 l bottle shared with Marko and Heavy. Dark brown with orange tint, small off white head with lacing. Hazelnut cream, cardboard and wood, alcohol and some red fruits. Creamy texture. Thin body. Sweet stout. Roasty finish.

Thanks heavy for bringing this from Vienna, shared with him and ogivlado. Off white head, blackish dark brown/amber body. Heavy aroma (heh), raisins, aged wine, sweet, with a touch of sourness, solid caramel. Interesting. Mild taste comparatively, light coffee, raisins, creamy, actually tasty, maybe wouldn’t work in the head if it wasn’t. Dunno, it’s OK enough. Not thrilling, not flawed. Yay!

Bottle at home courtesy of FLBH and a trip to Barbados. Pours black with a tan head. Little bit of coffee and chocolate on the aroma. Taste is a real sweet hit, definitely get the booze and a hint of chocolate right at the end. Carbonation is OK. Not that great really.

Ciemnobrązowe piwo z jasnobeżową, puszystą pianą i słodkawym aromatem mlecznej czekolady. W smaku kremowe, słodkawe, czekoladowe z bardzo łagodnym gorzkawym, kawowym finiszem.

Dark brown color with small tan head and little messy lacing. Aroma and flavor have sharp amber malts, a fruity/vinous bite, with a creamy cocoa chocolate finish. Thin and simple- tastes fake like a bad homebrew kit.

Bottle. Dark brown pour, dark tan-colored head. Impressive looking beer but overall a little lacking. Very sweet stout, despite the relatively high alcohol content. Light on the mouthfeel. I felt like it could’ve been betterr but just wasn’t.

Dark and viscous. Smells like dark choc and coffee. Not quite as sweet and weirdly dry in comparison to other Foreign stouts. LCBO used to have sixpacks of this at a decent price.

Humlen prøver (forgjeves) å holde sødmen i sjakk.

330ml bottle, pours cola brown black, small bubbly head. Sweet caramel malts, drinking chocolate powder, cherries and dark fruits. Medium bodied with an oily texture. Very sweet with little hop bitterness, sticky sweet aftertaste. Basic flavours but drinks OK if a bit sweet.
