Mar 22, 2008 Bottle. Golden yellow in color with no head. Spicy boozy aroma. Fruity appley flavor. Very hot. Dry. Not good. Finish is appley and dry. Ok.

Feb 12, 2008 Bottle shared by EDA. Pours golden yellow. Extremly astringent on the nose, with honey and apple coming out. Apple? I don’t get it. Anywho, this one was very boozy and somewhat buttery, to go along with that odd apple taste. Where did the honey go in this mead? Minerally as well with no carbonation at all. Not a good start for the mead category.

Jan 29, 2008 Bottle shared by EDA. Boozy, clove aroma, way too hot. A bit of an odd bite, stinging bee honey. Totally dried out. As it warms, it becomes worse and worse, and eventually becomes undrinkable. Yuck.

Jan 27, 2008 Bottle, thanks EDA. Clear, soft yellow in appearance; like white grape juice. The aroma is earthy honey, and the flavor is the same. Dry kind of like white wine.
