Commercial Description:
An Irish style red (amber) beer. Light in finish but bold in taste. Melanoidin malt is added for the red color and the spicy finish comes through from the Chinook hops.

12 oz bottle - medium red color, crystal clear, with smallish light tan head. Aroma has nutty caramel, apple notes. Flavor is slightly malty, nutty, crisp, light herbal hops, with a mildly bitter finish. Overall fairly average.

Pours dark red with a huge head. Aroma is cereal malt, toasted malt, toffee. Taste is solid, refreshing, toasty and bready. Mouthfeel is light, a good, albeit plain, red ale.

Tasted 4/28/08. 12oz bottle. Hazy with a reddish amber hue. Toasty with a buttery note. Spotty ring of bone white head. Bready and butterscotch. Sticky with good malts. Cinnamon and honey. Syrupy sweet. Decent brew.

Hazy, rusty (not green) dark copper with a light khaki head. The aroma is medicinal with some biscuit. There is also a little bit of cherries. The taste has some light notes of fresh bread and dark cherries. Fairly malty and sweet, this is easy to drink.

Bottle from Belo Vino. Pours reddish/brown color with a moderate frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Medium roasted sweet malty aroma. Medium body. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.
