COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the ultimate Belgian style. The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange/copper. Dominated by fruity esters and some solid spicy background notes. A solid triple.

My favorite beer. It has citrus, floral, banana, and bubblegum notes in the aroma, with a golden color and minimal head and minimal lacing as you drink. The taste is strong but not overwhelming, the alcohol is a fairly high content but almost unnoticeable as you drink, with the citrus and banana notes making their way first through your tastebuds, and a clean finish afterwards.

My old standby! Pours a delicious golden color with a medium head that dissipates. Smells of banana, citrus, sugar and malts. Taste is sweet with some fruits, malts, brown sugar, and a malty aftertaste. Palate is a little less deep with mostly banana, sugar and a hint of malt. Sugar, and ABV can sometimes be a little intense. Great tripel to have in the summer sun.

Enjoyed this as it was different. The aroma had a faint sweetness and Belgian yeast. The color was a dark golden with a minimal head. The palate was full and heavier than most tripels. The carbonation was a little lower than expected, which added a particular smoothness. Good strong flavors light grain, some fruit, yeast and a finishing sweetness that made it distinct. Good first impression.

On tap, pours a golden yellow with a thin head, the aroma is has quite abit of fruit, more than I was expecting, nice banana and clove with some booze coming through too, the flavor has fruit on the front end with some alcohol Belgian yeast in the finish, dry finish overall, booze is well hidden, actually not that bad.

Yellow orange pour thin white head. Banana and clove aroma. Belgian yeast clove and banana flavors. Thin body light carbonation. Very smooth for a 10%.

On tap at brewery. Small line of head throughout pour. Clear yellow gold. Oddly, a slight nose of corn with sugar. Great Belgian sweetness of candied fruit and brown sugar without being cloying.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 This is one of my favorite tripels. Even people that donít like good beer will love this. Iíve had a number of tripels from different breweries but this is by far the best. Get it on tap if you can. The aroma and palate are incredible. It is a must try.

Light golden yellow color, similar to ginger ale, and no head. Has a sugary aroma and a sweet honey yeasty flavor. Goes down smooth. Quite good.

Banana is very relevant in the aroma mixed with slight clove. Very smooth and balanced. Belgian yeast, alcohol and banana are rich in taste. The best tripple Iíve had thus far.

Draft to taster. Looks good for the style; a slightly hazy gold with white lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, banana, and clove with a fairly sweet backbone. Tastes like it smells, only more robust. Solid on the palate. A solid example of the style.
