2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy medium brown orange Pour. Little offwhite head. Smells like artificial bananas. Gritty light body. Tastes of bananas and cloves, pretty typical Belgian. Finishes with more banana/clove but with some bitterness.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Surprisingly similar to the final absolution; I actually preferred it as it had less clove and less yeast. Cloudy honey gold in appearance. Less sweet, less allspice, and a better body with low viscosity despite appearance. Active, refreshing carbonation in the mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

A sweet honey ale that is honey colored. The taste is a little too similar to final absolution.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured into 6 oz tasting glass. Aroma of honey, malt, caramel, alcohol. Flavor is bitter-sweet of honey and caramel with a minimal bitter flavor a year the end. This beer is delicious.
