Ahhh, a brown ale, one of life’s simple pleasures. This one was as enjoyable as most with a nice roasted malt flavor. Some smoke added an interesting touch. This brown was smoother than most and even creamy in the mouth.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small head of finely sized off-white colored mostly lasting bubbles. The body was uncarbonated semi-transparent and dark red brown colored. It had a hoppy Irish red ale aroma and a tingly mildly vinuous mouth feel. The flavor contained notes of mild red and brown malts.
