COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light brown beer flavored with honey, this beer is refreshingly light. Mild, Crystal and Chocolate Malts combine with Kent Goldings and Fuggles hops to create a complex but light taste.

draft: dark brown.black with a light brown, chocolate lookign head. Much better then anticipated due to dragonmean normally having very thin, unfullfilling dark beers. this one is an exception.

Draft at Dragonmead.Small tan head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, transparent, and a reddish brown hue. The nose was malty, mildly hoppy and light roasty notes. Ditto for the flavor with a slight roasty flavor.Smooth mouthfeel and medium in body.Quaffable, easy to drink and balanced. Not an overly exciting beer, just okay IMO.

had this a few months ago. poured a nice mahogany with a tan head. aroma, sweet, a nice mixture of honey and chocolate malts with bits of hops poking through . flavor, the chocolate is the first to come out, the honey is not as robust as the aroma which was a little disappointing and a nice hop finish. not to bad

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep chestnut brown color with a fading tan head. Predominantly malty, earthy, fairly sweet but not necessarily from honey. Medium bodied, some dryness. Decent but not overly exciting.

Tap. Deep brown colored with a fair off-white head. A touch of roasted malt and chocolate in aroma. Thin bodied. Confused in flavor profile. Honey shows a bit more in flavor. I was disappointed with this beer.

on draft. interesting malty and smoky aroma, deep brown with a small tan head. tons of malt, tastes mostly like caramel malts but there is just a tiny hint of some bitterness to keep it in check. some honey spiciness. it feels sticky sweet and coats your mouth like syrup. a good beer.
