Tasting Notes
Aroma: Lots of wheat malt and some light banana notes.

On tap at the 2007 GABF: Pours a transparent copper amber with a small, frothy light tan head. Aroma of slightly grassy, musty woody character and a touch of sweet caramel. Body starts somewhat thin and semi-sweet with a touch of yeast and sweet wheat, but not very true to style.

Sampled from a growler @ DLD 4/28/07. Pours a cloudy dark brown color with a mostly lasting beige head. Aroma is grainy malt with hints of fruit. The flavor is sweet malt with a little bit of fruit. Medium mouthfeel. This was an enjoyable beer but not spectacular. I would like to try this when it is definitely fresh (not that this wasn’t, I just don’t know).
