COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a true West Coast IPA–it is pale in color, with with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content (about 7.3% abv) and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes. After fermentation is complete, we dry hop it with approximately 1 boatload of each of the same hop varieties. 16.5°

On tap at Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival, pours an opaque golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with an earthy and piney hoppy astringency on the finish. Dank and fairly harsh on the finish. Good stuff.

Some caramel malt in the nose, but strongly hoppy and herbal. Pours golden, clear with thick, white head. More hops on the tongue, but well balanced with the malt. Not excessively bitter, but rich in the resin with some citrus notes at the end. Medium body and fizz, slightly watery. The high alcohol is well disguised.

Can. Aroma is fairly malty for an IPA. Caramel, flowers and generic fruit. Tastes like mango, flowers and sugary malt with a moderate bitter finish. Good but I’m just not a huge sugary IPA unless it comes off juicy which this isn’t

Can from kbud19, thanks Kevin. Pours clear golden orange with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is heavy citrus, dank and fruity hops, medium biscuit malt, passion fruit and guava notes. Flavor is heavy fruity, citrus and dank hops and bitterness, somewhat spicy and peppery with medium biscuit malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Yaaawwnnn. Another overrated beer out of Tucson AZ. Don’t me wrong it’s good. But not that good. There are many other AZ IPAs that are just as good if not better
