3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Gooney (369) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 15, 2013
12 oz bottle - Amber color. Slightly cloudy, but still a bit transparent, which makes it take on the color of whatever is behind it. Citrus hops aroma. Very nice flavor. I got this beer in Sonoma valley because it was the only one in the store that I hadn’t had before. What a nice find!

Bottle - Pours clear amber with a foamy light tan head. Nose is herbal and lightly spicy hops over a backbone of a decent amount of sweet malt. Taste highlights spicy/herbal/grassy hops, dry mineral malt--crackery with an astringent finish. Smooth carbonation and medium body.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 badhack (175) - San Jose, California, USA - MAR 17, 2013
A very hoppy pale ale. I think maybe there is some fresh hopping. But the malt is moderate and still a good, refreshing pale ale. Lots of flavorful hops. Golden with a decent sized head.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 mcberko (4053) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 16, 2013
On tap at Mohawk Bend, pours a hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of piney and floral hops, though not as strong as in an IPA, not a whole lot else. Flavour brings out piney hops, and lots of them, a bit of resin and a thin caramel malt backbone. Treads the boundaries of an APA and IPA. Great stuff.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 epiphyte707 (57) - eureka, California, USA - MAR 16, 2013
On tap local beer bar eureka ca. Pours golden orange with little head little lacing. Smells floral and bready. Wonderful drinkable taste of light biscuity grains, perfect carb., well pronounced hop profile that doesnt force itself and rolls off the tongue. My ideal fractional ipa.

It’s damn near an IPA, with really flavorful hops throughout. Very tasty beer.
