herbjones (742), Orange, California, USA Jul 10, 2005 Dark brown brew sitting under a thick tan whipped cream head. Long lasting head with decent lacing remaining throughout. Brown sugar nose with a touch of alcohol. Full bodied and creamy. Alcohol is a little evident in the finish but still well hidden for 11%. Flavor is slightly sweet up front, brown sugar again with just a little fruitiness. Just enough bittering in the middle to keep this from being cloying. Overall a pretty enjoyable brew.
