COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship amber ale is brewed with English malt, hops and yeast. The extra malt lends a lightly toasted, chocolate flavor, a tawny color, and a smooth, rich character; it's perfect for sipping one or enjoying many.

Smells fruiy-flowery, hoppy, sweet, like a light IPA. Deep golden amber color. Tastes very bitter, with a sweet malty caramel flavor. Roasty hoppy taste, emphasis on the hoppy. Dry bitter finish. Not my cup of beer.

12 Oz Bottle-Trade w/Snojerk321-ironic we ended up entering these ratings back to back. Clear amber color w/a slight head & good lacing. Had some floral hops on the front end, body had flavors of caramel, molasis, & toffee. Felt it was a little hop heavy; only thing which kept me from scoring this beer much higher. Long hop finish. Good solid brew, just a step away f/greatness! Thanks for this one!

12oz bottle from Bevmo Carmel mountain. A great amber! Deep amber in color, clear body. Aroma’s of roasted toffee, milk chocolate and some molasses. On the pallet it was very creamy with some hop notes. Finish was slightly sweet.

12 oz bottle. Lots of roasy caramel aromas. Flavors were toasty grains with decent hopping on the finish. Pretty good

12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with dirty_martini. Pours a hazy reddish amber with a moderate off-white head that was gone before mid-glass. Very nice aroma of buttery caramel. The aroma intensified as the beer warmed. The caramel was present in the flavor, but not nearly as much. The dominant flavor was a sharp resinous pine which left a lingering bitter taste well after the swallow. A bit over the top with the hops for my tastes.

On tap at Pete’s Brass Rail and Carwash in Danville, CA. It pours gold with thin white head. The aroma is sweet with malts and has a hint of noble hops. The taste is mild and doesn’t come off overly sweet. I get sweet malts balanced somewhat with grainy malts. There’s also a pale maltiness mixed in there too.

Bottled. Poured clear reddish-brown with a short-lived cap of off-white head. The aroma picked up a hefty dose of lightly-aged caramels, a great blend of mixed chocolates, herbal, and drier floral hoppage.. I can’t think of anything that I’d rather have from my Amber Ale. The flavor for the most part held serve.. toasty caramel and chocolate at the core with supple pine and floral bitterness extending outward.. sweet finish, and well-balanced with its bitterness. Pretty close to medium-bodied with great flow on the palate.. left a refreshing, lightly-bitter finish. Well done!
