Our flagship amber ale is brewed with English malt, hops and yeast. The extra malt lends a lightly toasted, chocolate flavor, a tawny color, and a smooth, rich character; it's perfect for sipping one or enjoying many.

Thanks to awaisanen for this! Drake’s pours into the glass with a beautiful creamy off-white head over a reddish amber body. Caramel malt in the aroma is joined by some light hops. Well balanced and clean. Perhaps an unexciting style, but this brew is solidly done just the same.

12oz - thanks Irishboy - Aroma is sticky carmel and toffee with a bit of hops. Pours transparent amber with a huge fluffy head and good lacing. Flavor is roasty malts and hops backed by the sticky carmel and toffee from the aroma. Palate is sticky and tart. Almost a scottish ale in my opinion. Very tasty.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear deep amber colored body under a fizzy and fluffy beige head that left lots of sticky lacing. Nice lightly sweet smelling toasted malt nose with some light floral hops and a touch of toffee. The flavor is dry toasted and slightly nutty malt with a light hoppy finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a slightly grainy finish and moderate fizzy carbonation. All around, a pretty nice beer. Alot of character and flavor for a typically boring style.

12oz bottle from Bevmo Carmel mountain. A great amber! Deep amber in color, clear body. Aroma’s of roasted toffee, milk chocolate and some molasses. On the pallet it was very creamy with some hop notes. Finish was slightly sweet.

I’m not a big Amber fan, but this one was quite nice. Malt and sweetness fill the nose and mouth. Not too complex, but a very nice refreshing amber.

Hazy medium brown color with a creamy beige head. Good head retention and lacing. Bready malts with a chocolatey tinge. Also some toast and caramel. Flavor has some cocoa and toast with lighter orange and butter notes. Sort of earthy and maybe a bit vegetal. Nice heft to the body but not a very clean mouthfeel. Reasonably drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours deep amber with an off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, pale and caramel malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent beer.

Very balanced amber. this not my style. not a fan of crytal malt. But good for style some crystal and caramel malt note light bittering I would guess in the 16-20 IBU range. session beer.

Very rich, caramelly, malty, toffee, amber. Little head but good lacing, very dark appearance. Leans almost toward Stout range. Interesting and good, would buy a single again, not sure about a six pack.
