Big thanks to Arbitrator for this bottle!
Pale pear head recedes slowly, forming mounds of old school rocky IPA retention. No shortage of lace either.
A massive nose lives up to its name. Sweet tropical fruit mashed with citrus and dank conifer notes.
Syrupy, resinous hop flavors - pine, mango, a bit dirty... mellow hop abrasion.
I’m a fan.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Light mouth feel with a faint grapefruit and tropical fruit start with a very strong pine resin finish. Getting a light resin nose.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at Beercraft. Pours clear orange gold with a little white head. Dank fruity and sorta catty aroma, thinking Simcoe was involved. Flavor is low on malt, which is good, but the hop flavor is kind of acidic and orange juicey. Not bad but not great. The long lasting bitterness is a high point.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap at Daily Pint. Clear, deep orange pour with big swathes of lace everywhere. Sticky, vegetal, metallic taste. Nose at first was not bad with tropical hops then goes sticky. Not a good presentation for this beer. Another victim of Daily Pint’s dumpy, unclean tap system and unhygienic work space.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of pine, tropical fruits, resinous hops, and floral notes. Flavour brings out loads of pine, followed by oranges, resin, and floral, with a thick caramel malt backbone. Quite full-bodied, but without any sweetness from the thick malt backing. Finishes dry and piney. Great IPA.
