Draft. Pale straw beer with a whitish head. Floral and light yeast aroma with light lemon. Light lemon and light yeast flavor. Lighter bodied. Light lemon and light yeast lingers with floral notes.

On draft at Tap 25. The aroma is citrusy with lemon and grapefruit. Light florals. The flavor is very floral and lightly bitter with more grapefruit and a little spice near the finish. Very light and dry mouthfeel. A very refreshing Americanized Saison.

On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Hazed straw pour with a white head. Nose is kind of a mix of lemon peel and banana. Some cracker, bread, and orange. Slight perfume and white pepper. Not bad. Flavor is lightly tart, but does have some bubblegum, banana, and bread sweetness. Nice cracker and lemon peel. A bit of orange and peach. Not bad.

On tap at Drakes. Pours blonde with a modest off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a fruity light malt flavor with noticeable flower tastes. Lots of yeast presence and a dry bitter fruit finish.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dishwater gold with a dirty white head. Aroma seems citrus. Med body or so. Flavor is sort of citrus/apple tart. Pretty dry, seems a bit earthy. Main flavor is distractingly strong. In the finish it moves towards fruit/floral. Pretty different.

up on the board next to Aroma Coma (without saison anywhere in the deScription) makes it sound like a spruced up varaiant of the beloved IPA. That it is not. A decent beer, but waaaaaay overdone on the botanical herbal floral aspect. Not bad, just overkill. Wouldn’t get again among their vast array of awesome beers.

Sample at the brewery. Clear pale yellow color, no head. Aroma is floral, and herbs. Over the top herbal flavor. I get old lady perfume mixed with a flower shop. Light body with low carbonation. Just not a fan of this.

Hazy yellow. Smells really good. Super doughy and fresh cut flowers with hibiscus. Lemon peel and oolong tea with sweet grassy and juicy finish.

On draught at Drake’s during First Fridays. The beer is a clear gold color with a medium white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Floral aroma with fruit and grain notes. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, flowers and fruit. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Decent if overly floral overall.

Golden liquid with fine white foam. Subtly spiced pepper, geranium, fruit. Sweet light caramel light grainy. Little in the way of the all important water, rustic and earthy cornerstones of saison. Yeast seems very westmalle related. Maybe dryness would help a bit.
