COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American Pale Ale. For batch number 1500, Josh & Brian decided to brew a big hoppy beer, yet make it quaffable by keeping the alcohol level down. Turns out everyone liked it so much, that it is now brewed year-round. Loads of Simcoe and Amarillo hops are blended in the fermenter, just after fermentation has finished, to impart a huge aroma of pine and citrus.

Pours light orange with a medium foamy white head. Aroma has notes of fresh fruits, pale malts, hops and orange. Taste is quite hoppy and fruity with notes of orange and malts. FInish is fruity and bitter with a lot of hops. Nice, quite bitter APA.

Big bubbly, active head over a clear orange body. Very American aroma with mango, orange yoghurt, crusty bread and barn. Really makes you want to dig in. Easily drinkable and fresh palate. Bitter focus throughout. Impressive stuff especially for the abv. Enough complexity in the aftertaste. Solid beer that wants to be drunken - just as it should be. (33cl bottle, 4,00 EUR)

12oz bottle. Rating #149. Tasty stuff, picking up a good amount of citrus in the aroma and flavor, easy to drink and something I would drink again. (2119)

Tap @ Porky’s Pizza: Clear gold with a small head. Nice fresh hop aroma with a thick feel. Quite hoppy for a pale ale. This is a tasty solid pale ale.
