Black with a creamy tan head. Chocolate mild bourbon and sour fruit aroma. Dominant sour green apple taste followed by chocolate and finishing tart.

Draft at Bistro BA fest. Light brown pour, aroma is woody and tart. Flavor has very little roast or chocolate left, as the beer is mostly tart / bretty with bourbon in the background. Decent but not what I expected.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. light bourbon and chocolate aroma. Bourbon, chocolate flavor with a light earthy and very light brett influence. Medium bodied. Bourbon, chocolate, malt and light earth linger. Bourbon in balance with some milkiness just showing through.
