Draft at drakes. Pours a lightly hazed bright light copper with dense even white head. Slighty tart, dusty Brett blanket funk, cherry and apple fruitiness. Carbonation is light but tight and even feeling. Dry, nuetral oak, slight chalkiness, bright rainier cherry sweet and tartness going on, touch of caramel malt. Pretty solid beer.

On tap. Cloudy orangish red with a creamy off white head. Sharp acidic green apple, lemon, and caramel aroma. Creamy bright medium bodied palate. Taste is more mellow and complex than the aroma suggests. Tastes of caramel, grape, wine, green apple, and lemon with a tart dry finish with vanilla, oak, and cherry flavors on the back end.
