Bomber. Pours clear dark amber with a thin off-white head. The nose is mostly caramel malt with some ripe citrus mixed in. The taste is caramel, citrus and resin. Pretty good Ė might have a little age on it as itís not as hoppy as expected but still decent.

22 oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. The case it came out of had the date 12/14/10 stamped on it but that is all the freshness info I have. Pours a bright, clear amber orange with two fingers of frothy foam . Very nice carbonation and lacing. Balanced nose. Sweet malt delivers apple and pineapple and the hops, while not overwhelming, give a crisp, fresh scent. Very full bodied. Enters the palate like syrup. The mouth doesnít detect much carbonation but there is enough to give it some effervescence and makes it a little easier to drink. Palate is mostly hops but not too resiny. They exhibit a nice, fresh quality and the malt balances it just enough so that the 90IBUs donít completely singe my taste buds off. Donít get me wrong, this is still one hoppy mother. I donít like a lot of malt in my DIPAs. This reminds me of Moylanís Hopsickle a bit but I think this one is better.

This is a real strong one. I prefer the Jolly Rodger because it is one you can have more of. This has the big hop aroma and bitterness that really sticks to the tongue but one glass is enough.

Bottle pours orange-gold with an off-white head. Aroma shows notes of candied orange peel, caramel, light brown sugar, florals, pine, and a touch of vanilla. Flavor shows basically the same. Overall body
is moderate and sticky.

Dunno, it was good, but i donít see why people fall all over themselves for it. Obligatory big hop mnose. grapefruit and more Citrus rind abound. Good full body. Sticky and alcoholic with a hoppy finish. Good, but there are so many better examples out there.
