Pours a dark amber color with a fluffy orangy/pink head. Nice lacing. The aroma is sweet and hoppy with cherries, peach, caramel, and a medicinal hoppy finish. Very strong, full bodied and bitter. Overall: caramel, peach, and cough syrup.

Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear Dense light brown head. ARoma of Flowers, herbs, caramel, light tea. Flavour of flowers, caramel, herbs, citrus, light roast. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a herbal bitterness.

Coppery amber. Off-white head, about a finger. Some lacing. Big bready, biscuity, malty aroma with a hoppy undertone. Fruity malt flavor with some hops in the mix. Dry with a little sweetness. Pretty tasty.

Very hoppy nose with grape fruit and pine ubt also a sweet malty addition to the bitterness in the form of bread and caramel.
Really fine red ale. Creamy, malty, and very very bitter.

Flaske: Mørk ravfarvet øl med en smule proteinklumper i. Duften er støvet humle, ikke helt frisk hvilket er en skam. Smagen er let maltet og en del støvet humle igen. Ikke helt i balance.

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. 7.0% abv bottle. Hazy amber beer, tiny pale tan head. Light palate, soft and semi dry. Mild carbonation. Nice piney hops, fairly bitter. Trace of citrus. Good malt base. Good stuff.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, pine, medicine - hospital notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - orange, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]
