Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma of pine, caramel, flowers, herbs, citrus and then some. Nice. Flavour of pine, caramel, herbs, soap, flowers. grass and grae. Medium to full bodied. Very bitter and grapy end. delicious.

Appearance: Pours a bright amber orange with a big fluffy off white head.
Aroma: Peach, tangerine, grapefruit, pine.
Taste: Massive grapefruit, spicy sweet toffee like malt, peach. Finishes with assertive hop bitterness. Doesn’t linger forever, leaving your tongue in just good enough shape to want more and more.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, modest creamy bubbles.
Overall: A great value with a great execution on a California craft beer staple.

22oz @Tampa Weekly Gathering-Thanks markwise-pours an off white ring for a head and hazy gold color. Aroma is herbal/resin, medium malt-caramel/peat. Taste is resin/herbal/dank hops with some bite, medium malt-caramel/peat.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Nice high hoppy, medium to light malty body, fresh hoppy, grassy, piney, resin, light light cheese, toasted, citrus, knækbrød, nice bitterness. Very nice.

Bottled. An amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, hops, and peaches, leading to a quite bitter finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is strong peaches, citrus, grape fruit, mango and pineapple. Good malty caramel base to kick it. Citrus, grape fruit, pine, light spruce, sweet caramel, peach, pineapple and sweet malt. Great balance.

Pours a clear light golden copper with a white head and lots of lacing that sticks on the side of the glass. Aromas of citrus, particularly grapefruit. Taste is light sour with light sweetness on the front end with bitterness on the back end. Not much complexity here. Body is actually pretty light with a short, dry finish. Overall, this is a good DIPA, but I was expecting more. Seems like a poor man’s Pliny or Double Trouble. Good, and I would not deny this beer, but other DIPA’s are more appealing with more flavor and complexity.
