Aroma is moderate malty, caramel notes, moderate heavy hoppy, sweet orange, citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. &#40;020908&#41;

Bottle. Amber pour with some white head. Aroma is slightly sweet malt, some biscuity malt, and citrus and crisp earthy hops. Flavor is the same, initially sweet, mildly bitter middle, citrus and a crisp hop finish. Decent beer.

fresh, balanced aroma; hazy copper-yellow body, orange highlight, random streams of beading tiny bubbles, moderate lacing, fair off-white head that diminishes into rockiness; perfume, grapefruit and its rind, and the malts are there, but hard to identity&#045;&#045;toasty; deliciously bitter, and strong, IPA.

Bottle courtesy of bhensonb. Great beer this one was. Poured a deep amber with a nice head with creamy tones in the bubbles and good lacing. Nose of citrus hops and some hard to identify spices &#40;cinnamon?&#41;. Clear and rich mouthfeel. Flavor of caramel malts and and hops, with pine showing this time in addition to the citrus. Good long bitter finish. A good and well crafted IPA.

Had on draft at the Freakin Frog in Las Vegas. Nice hoppy aroma with a solid malt note. Taste was a good, deep hops, not too sharp, with a malty backbone. Overall, a nice balance.
