A slight cloudy amber color like a slightly used penny. Light smell of a fresh field. A coppery hoptastic extremely well balanced taste. Nice full mouth feel leaves a slight coating behind.

Growler, 06/10/2013, thanks Mac! Pours dark burnt amber, thick creamy white head leaves behind a solid sheet of lacing as it dies down. Aroma is soft grapefruit and orange, lightly sweet caramel and bready malts. Taste follows suit, malts taking on a more earthy quality. Medium body, smooth and highly drinkable. Decent, nice west coast IPA.

Golden amber color with a lasting off white head. Huge hop resin nose with nice grapefruit notes. Big thick beer with lots of hop resin, candied grapefruit rind, orange zest and a strong malt backbone underneath to balance it out. This drinks almost like a IIPA. Long hop resin finish. This is a very nice, very big IPA.

Hoppy tangy aroma. Bright white head. Hazy golden color. Hop-tastic taste! with a kinda earthy malt aftertaste. Strong! Damn good and strong.

Dangerously drinkable. Aromas consist of resiny pine hops. Good malt backbone. Light fluffy white head. Good stuff.

Pours golden orange with a small white head. Nose is citrus, tropical fruit, caramel and light pine. The taste is med sweet and medium bitter until the finish where bitter dominates. The texture is crisp and clean, body is medium and finish is long.

Appearance: Deep Gold with a cream colored head.
Aroma: Grapefruit and pine resin.
Flavor: Malt then citrus, then alcohol then back to malt and citrus.
Palate: Full bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: A nice malty IPA. I enjoy having a well hopped beer that is more than just a hop bomb.

Bottle - Pours clear light amber with a foamy white head. Nose is caramel sweet malt and muted pine hops. Smells old. Tons of sweet honey malt in the taste, with muted pine hops and a long malty finish. Medium body with nice carbonation. A real disappointment.
