Dark amber pour with an off-white head. Nose is bourbon, vanilla, maple syrup, and caramel. A touch of alcohol, nice brown sugar, dark fruit, chocolate, and oak, too. The flavor is quite sweet and a little bit more alcoholic/hot than the nose. Caramel, bourbon, vanilla, and maple syrup flavors are very enjoyable. Some dark fruits, a touch of chocolate, brown sugar, and a mild charred oak flavor.
