On tap at Drakes. It pours a pale golden color with a white head. The aroma has some nice tart stone fruit, white wine and light spice. The flavor is the same. Very nice level of tartness with some noticeable barrel and vinous notes in the finish. A little brett funk and spice in the mid-palate, but not super complex. A very enjoyable sour.

skoisirius (1717) - Earth, Washington, USA - SEP 10, 2014
On tap at City Beer for the Drakes 25th bDay Celebration. Somewhat like a quieter Belgian IPA. Bittering elements are tasty, but the maltier side doesn’t back it up completely. Tasty in the end though.

Draft, clear color. Aroma is funky cherries and oak barrel funky. Flavor is more tart then sour. Cherry tartness, Some strain of Bactria that I cant place, for sure not Brett. Mild oak character with a weak medicinal type off note. I am reviewing the beer with the above posted name but after looking at the rates I am real confused with this business, uh??

Tasted from the firkin at the Triple Rock Firkin Fest April 7, 2012. This Belgian Single pours a light gold color from the firkin. Small to no head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, slightly spicy. A light to medium bodied Belgian ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a touch of apricot and peaches. The hops are herbal. Slightly bright yeasts. Soft carbonation. A nice slightly spicy, slightly sweet session ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
