Draft @ the brewery. Pours a hazy pale golden color with a white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus finish.

Tasted from the firkin at the Triple Rock Firkin Fest April 7, 2012. This Belgian Single pours a light gold color from the firkin. Small to no head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, slightly spicy. A light to medium bodied Belgian ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a touch of apricot and peaches. The hops are herbal. Slightly bright yeasts. Soft carbonation. A nice slightly spicy, slightly sweet session ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Draft @ Toronado. A nice citric hop centric pale ale with a slight influence of mildly spicy belgian yeast. Light on the palate with a firm bitter finish.

On tap at Toronado. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a thin white head. The aroma was mild with malt tones with a slight Belgian yeastiness. The beer was mild in taste as well, with a slight sweetness.

Light and drinkable. Yellow with a fluffy white head. Fruity aroma and taste dominate with bready Belgian yeast notes throughout. Pretty good.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Malt and yeast aroma with light spice. Candy/malt flavor with yeast, light spice, and light fruitiness. Medium bodied. Candy/malt lingers with light yeast and light fruitiness.
