COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Imperial stout and amber beers aged in separate barrels - 50% stout aged in a bourbon barrel with brett (new beer introduced each pull) - 50% amber aged in a port barrel (one time fill).

Draft. Blackish beerw ith a dark cream head. Caramel and chocolate aroma with bourbon. Bourbon and port flavor with chocolate and caramel. Medium-plus bodied. Bourbon and port lingers with chocolate and caramel.

On tap at the Bistro BA Fest. Pours black with a decent tan head and a bourbon aroma. There is a tart cherry and grape flavor with a long sour finish.

On tap at the Bistro -Bal Aged Fest. Clear dark amber brown with a small light fan head. The aroma is nice, a little wild and bretty, with port, dark fruits, and toffee. Sweet and tart flavor, with a caramel and chocolate base, some roast, Brett, oak, port, and vinegar. Medium body with just a bit of astringency on the mouthfeel. Pretty good beer overall.
