On draft at the barrel house. It pours black with a tan head. I struggled with whether or not to call this a sour or an imperial stout, but the acidic character takes center stage IMO. The aroma is port, burnt wood, roasted malt and light hints of butter and stronger notes of acetic acid. The flavor is tart berries with some vinegar and caramel. Roasted malt and wood in the finish. Not bad.

Pours almost black with a dark tan head. Tartness and chocolate in the nose and flavor. Considerable vinegar adding to the tartness. Medium full mouthfeel.
