The "Real Ale" is a beer that was made only for a bar in SF and would usually rotate between our Amber and IPA.

I thought this was real, real weak and disappointing. All the great hops they could have used were lost somewhere in a pint of uncarbonated bitter bong water.

Handpump at Toronado as well: Amber with lasting off white head. Some hops, but thin bodied and underflavored

Also had this on handpump at the Toronado. Nice mouthfeel, but I didn’t find the malt or hop flavors very inspiring. Average session beer at best.

Had this on hand-pump at Toronado. The lack of normal carbonation makes it go down like water. Fruity, juicy, hoppy water.
